Which phones the app supports

The app comes in two formats: an APK for Android 9 or newer and a web app for iOS 16 or newer. Neither is listed on Google Play or the App Store, and both are installed from our website.

Android phones

For Android we provide an APK file of 52 MB, installed outside Google Play. It needs Android 9 or newer and takes up about 52 MB of storage.

A notification tells you when a new APK is ready, and you download it from our website. Keep the previous version until the new one has installed, so the app is never missing from your phone.

iPhones

On iOS the app is a web app added from Safari on iOS 16 or newer, with no detour through the App Store. It opens the site in a window of its own and keeps your session ready on the home screen.

It updates automatically with the website, so you never download a file again.

Minimum requirements

Both formats need a working internet connection and do not run offline. Plan for a steady Wi-Fi or mobile data connection at live tables, because the live casino uses about 400 MB an hour at standard quality, while slots and crash games use noticeably less.

Android, step by step

Download the APK from our website on your phone, and avoid any other link. In your settings, allow installation from that source, because Android blocks by default any file that does not come from Google Play.

iPhone, step by step

This works only in Safari, because other browsers do not always offer the option on iOS.

Security on your phone

Three things protect your account in the app: TLS encryption, two-factor authentication and fingerprint or Face ID unlock. The unlock keeps access quick, and the two-factor code stops anyone who has learned your password.

Encryption

Every connection between your phone and our servers uses TLS encryption, including your login details and the cashier. Payments are handled by PCI DSS certified providers, and your personal data is stored in encrypted form.

The same protection covers Wi-Fi and mobile data, so a public network does not expose what you send.

Two-factor authentication

You switch it on with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy or Microsoft Authenticator. It creates a six-digit code that renews every 30 seconds, and you enter it after your password.
